- If you do not have a design, we will do the design for you. All you need to do is supply us with the text information that you want your signs to say. We will create a design for you to review. After we send you the sign proof, review and make changes as you would like.

- Once your sign looks the way you want it, we require a signed, faxed confirmation on the proof, to proceed with the order.

■ Payment Term:
- All orders must be PREPAID prior to print (and design work). Credit card orders will allow for fastest service. We also accept checks or money orders and the payment must be receive in full before printing.

■ Returns Policy:
- Because the nature of these signs are customized so it can not be returned for credit or refund.  If there is ever a problem, we will do whatever we can to correct the problem and insure your satisfaction.

■ Color Matching:
- Due to differences in program and resolution of computer inks color may be variation between color proof and color on the actual signs is expected.

■ Shipping Term:
- All shipping and packing charges are additional to the cost of the order, are paid for by the customer.
